Frozen Tasmania trip

Since come back from Aus, I have struggle on the internet connection... It's not just the line was slow, but too unstable. It makes me hard to access my online photo storage and browsing the blog... it is because the quality of the photo that I using were not suitable for the internet here I think >.<" Almost at the end of the winter, the last snow hits by the mountains.... Me and my friend decide to take off early to snap the first light. Near the top of the mountain, the whole peak almost cover by snow and the stream already turn into ice. Photobucket

the steep cliff spread with snow all around it.
Photobucket

on the way to the peak... no much snow but can feel the snow
Photobucket

sharp corner to climb up the mountain... when the snow melting it was dangerous..
Photobucket

the outpost was fully covered by snow..
Photobucket

great contrast between snow and the rocks create more texture effect.
Photobucket

the plant here can survive the freeze, how tough
Photobucket

Looks like the road straight head to the cliff... XD
Photobucket

even the mud froze after the tyre across
Photobucket

almost on the peak of the mountain, I bet the small cottage was cozy inside of this cold environment.
Photobucket

the covered mountains and building... the fog cover the air as well
Photobucket

the fog closing by the cottage!!
Photobucket

People starting to come over for snow activities
Photobucket

the snow track all over within the cottage
Photobucket

the colorful balloon live up the environment
Photobucket

snow fully covered the whole mountain
Photobucket

my path.... deep snow
Photobucket

natural foam protection for camera!?
Photobucket

the strong wind + the snow = the effect on the rock
Photobucket

take more shots of the mountain.... really cant resist the beauty of the mountain because it can't see in my country.
Photobucket

as soon as we head back down, the ice start to melt the road into a muddy
Photobucket

impressive mountains from 135mm CZ, i'm not sure the foto can show the feel when i was there...
